Background information on EUTAS
... and its transformation to EUTAS 6.0

Network and Platform

The increasingly digitized global industries need innovative answers to their work and organization challenges. Dynamic, agile and globally dispersed work becomes more and more a standard requirement.

Networks and platforms appear to be suited to meet many of these challenges. But: these organizations can only function well when they have a common core, when people are open to share their working styles, successes, and cultures. Success in the market evolves from the inside - digital platforms need mental bonds between their participants to be more than mere technically linked servers in the web. Having been successful in the OD and PD markets for over 25 years, EUTAS is offering all of that. As of 2017, the European Transformation Association will launch a digital marketplace platform in addition to its existing powerful network.

The EUTAS Network with its integrated European expert core team offers scalable services and products for international organizational and personnel development tasks. One important field of activity is the digital and agile transformation of large und mid-size enterprises.

The EUTAS platform is a marketplace for OD/PD services. Supply and demand are matched systematically based on high-quality standards. Currently, a premium IT platform for international OD/PD is under development. Its high quality is assured by a core team of experienced and business-proven trustees who orchestrate the activities on the platform. User of the platform benefit from all the advantages the internet offers without having to concede the downsides of anonymity

The team of trustees makes sure that offer and demand exactly match. Consumers have the assurance to find sector wide specialists and interdisciplinary experts. Producers gain excellent business by market breadth and depth as well as an established brand. Both sides benefit from the clarification of contracts by experienced EUTAS experts.

This makes it clear: EUTAS is essentially more than a broker or an agent. By the interaction of European OD/PD-specialists with a common philosophy and a human centric approach emerges much more performance for providers and demanders alike.

Contract clarification and quality assurance

Complex projects can only be successful, if goals are defined, well agreed upon and if backgrounds are consistently clarified. The team of EUTAS trustees acts as mediator and as translator for successful projects in the future. Supply and demand are not only connected technically by the platform, but also qualified and moderated. Compared to other platforms, this way delivers a secured process both sides benefit from. The advantage: Purchasing processes are optimized, offers are more transparent and better known in total.

Furthermore, the EUTAS trustees care about a continuous quality assurance. The EUTAS reference process assures that measures of the transformation are taken and goals are achieved.

EUTAS gathers digital and agile transformation expertise from the own business core, the EUTAS network. The EUTAS transformational process is proven by numerous use cases. It also offers a unique reference for successful projects. Success is there, content is known.

Expert knowledge

EUTAS is working on international projects in the sectors of human resource and organizational development since 1992. This experience will not be lost by transforming EUTAS with the means of a plattform. Instead it will be enriched and available for successful transformational projects in the future.

Knowledge is good, intercultural competency is better. EUTAS is internationally established and operates across various cultures. Other countries, other manners - and always together with people. That is the credo of the EUTAS transformation. Even in the age of a digital revolution.
